Nassim Give is the founder and principal lawyer at Give Law Professional Corporation. At Give law, Nassim specializes in Real Estate, Business & Corporate transactions, and Will and Estate Planning. 

Prior to the inception of her own practice, Nassim practiced as in house counsel for a multi-billion-dollar real estate company as a corporate and commercial real estate lawyer.  Preceding this experience, she practiced in private practice where her focus was on residential real estate and will and estate planning. From the outset of her career, shortly after being hired as an associate lawyer, Nassim was appointed managing lawyer as a result of providing outstanding legal services with integrity, quality and care. Throughout her experience she has assisted many clients in start-up companies, mergers and acquisitions and real estate transactions. Her innate entrepreneurial skills eventually led to her own practice where she thrives in her passion to help other entrepreneurs and start up companies achieve their goals.

Nassim is a member of the Law Society of Ontario and a member of the Iranian-Canadian Legal Professionals. She sits on the Board of Directors at Innovation Guelph where they provide entrepreneurial and business support programs for business growth.
